Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites bids for: (a) Procurement of IT hardware / IT equipment for automation of Punjab Horticulture Authority (PHA) project (TOPS-06); (b) Purchase of renovation, partitioning, furniture, electrical & IT work on a turnkey basis for PITB Data Center (DC-04); and (c) Procurement of backup storage for PITB Data Center (DC-03).
Procurement procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents are available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of cost.
Key submission details: Technical and financial bids must be separately completed, signed, stamped and submitted in complete conformity with the tender document via the eP portal. For registration on Punjab E-Procurement System contact helpdesk: 1248. PITB reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
