Project Director (PPS-12) — CPEC Secretariat (1 Post)

Issuer: CPEC Secretariat under the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives. Recruit for the CPEC 2.0 program to provide senior leadership and drive coordination for CPEC initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, supervision and strategic direction to the Secretariat.
• Lead coordination with Chinese counterparts and facilitate effective implementation of CPEC initiatives and projects.
• Support line ministries and relevant institutions throughout the CPEC project lifecycle.
• Oversee stakeholder coordination, project-related risks and senior-level engagement with public and private sector institutions.
• Support implementation of CPEC priorities in line with approved strategies, the CPEC Long Term Plan and Joint Cooperation Committee decisions.
