Show-Cause Notice to Ms. Mahrana Ehsan — Pesticide Residue Laboratory, Kala Shah Kaku

Recipient: Ms. Mahrana Ehsan, Scientific Officer, Pesticide Residue Laboratory, Kala Shah Kaku.

Purpose: You have been absent from official duty with effect from 01-06-2024 to date without authorization. A Show-Cause Notice was issued by the Government of the Punjab, Agriculture Department (vide Letter No. SO(A-I)12-73/2016 dated 15-07-2026) under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability (PEEDA) Act, 2006.

Required action: The employee is directed to submit a reply to the Show-Cause Notice. A final opportunity is being afforded to submit the reply to this office for onward submission to the Government of the Punjab, Agriculture Department, within fifteen days from the date of issuance of this notice.

Consequences: Failure to submit a reply within the stipulated period will lead to initiation of departmental proceedings in accordance with the rules, which may include dismissal from service.
