Issuer: Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore. Purpose: Framework contracting for provision of medical facility services to WASA employees (Category-A) across multiple town-wise lots within WASA Lahore jurisdiction. Eligible bidders: professionally and financially sound hospitals/medical institutes registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with the Health Department and FBR (NTN). Bidders must have valid framework contracting experience for at least three (03) years under PP Rules-2014 and at least one branch located within the relevant town convenient and accessible to WASA patients.
Submission method and key conditions: Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System; hard copies will not be accepted. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be adopted. Digital e-Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (PKR 1,000,000 per lot) must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Bids will be valid for 120 days.
