Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad. CDA will conduct an open auction of designated hotel plots in Islamabad on 23 and 24 September 2026. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Time: 10:00 am.

- 1-year flexible payment plan with an easy and convenient schedule.
- Possession granted upon payment of 75% of the total amount (subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee from a local scheduled bank for the remaining amount).
