Issued by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan. Owners/drivers of motorcycles, chingchis (auto rickshaws), rickshaws and small cars registered on or after 2006-01-01 are eligible for the Prime Minister’s Special Fuel Relief Scheme. Registration is free and can be completed via SMS or online.

Eligibility: Vehicles registered on or after 2006-01-01.
How to register (SMS): Send registration SMS to short code 9771 (free). Required information to include in the SMS:
