Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) and pre-qualification submissions from national consulting firms/consultants for procurement of consultancy services for Ecosystem Development (Policy Analysis, Formulation, Reforms & Industry Data Development). Funds for the procurement are reserved for FY 2026-27. The pre-qualified applicants will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) and sign contract agreements following the selection process.
