Regional Directorate, Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) North invites applications for the appointment of one (1) Special Prosecutor (on contract) to represent ANF in narcotics and asset cases (preferably AMLA cases) before CNS Special Court, Anti-Smuggling Court, High Courts and Appellate Courts.

| Key Responsibilities | Conduct prosecution in narcotics and assets cases (including under the Narcotics Substances Act, 1997; Prevention of Smuggling Act, 1977; Anti Money Laundering Act, 2010) before CNS Special Court Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Anti-Smuggling Court and appellate forums; represent ANF before Civil Courts when required. During the contract the appointee shall not appear as defence counsel in narcotics/assets cases. |
| Eligibility & Experience | Must be a Pakistani citizen and member of a High Court Bar Association. Practicing advocate in CNS courts; preference to candidates with High Court experience. Proven experience contesting criminal/narcotics cases in trial courts, high courts and service matters. Must have experience in at least five white-collar crime cases. No history of professional misconduct, conviction for moral turpitude, dismissal from government service or insolvency. Advocates previously terminated or who resigned from ANF are not eligible. |
