Faysal Bank Notice — Submit IBAN/CNIC to Receive Credit for D-33 Maturity on 2026-06-30

Issuer: Faysal Bank. Purpose: Notification to holders of instrument/entitlement referenced as “D-33” maturing on 30 June 2026 regarding crediting of interim payment/distribution.

Action required: Beneficiaries and investors must ensure their bank IBAN and valid CNIC are registered with their CDC/CDS participant or with their Faysal Bank branch so that the due payment can be credited directly to their bank account. Those who have an active CDC/CDS investor account with an IBAN on record will receive the credit automatically to the registered IBAN. Investors who do not have an IBAN linked or whose details are not up to date are instructed to submit an IBAN and a copy of their CNIC to their bank branch or through CDC’s investor services so that payment can be processed.

How to update details and submit documents: use your CDS/CDS participant / branch channel or CDC’s investor portal (https://csp.cdaccess.com.pk). Alternatively submit required documents at your Faysal Bank branch or contact the bank for guidance. Include a clear copy of CNIC and your IBAN number to ensure electronic credit.

Important notes: Payments for CDC account holders will be paid via the registered IBAN. If electronic credit cannot be effected due to missing IBAN or incomplete documentation, alternative payment methods (as applicable) will be applied after verification.
