Submission & Opening: E‑Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e‑Procurement System by Thursday, 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM by the committee under PPRA Rule 34(1).
Bid security & format: Each bidder must submit 2% of the estimated cost as bid security in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order from a scheduled bank (e.g., BOP) in favour of Addl. Inspector General of Police, South Punjab, Multan. Original financial instruments must be submitted as required by the e‑procurement procedure.
Eligibility & method: Firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers or authorized dealers/distributors (including JV if applicable) registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System and meeting registration, tax, and PPRA/PRRA requirements may participate. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Bids shall follow the Punjab e‑Procurement Rules, 2014 (single‑stage two‑envelope procedure where applicable).
Validity: E‑Bid validity is until the close of the financial year, i.e. 2027-06-30.
