Police College Sihala (Rawalpindi) Tender for Vehicle Repair, Tyres & 45kg LPG – Bids by 2026-09-14

Issuer: Commandant, Police College Sihala (PCS), Kahuta Road, Rawalpindi. Police College Sihala invites sealed bids from well-reputed, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for supply/services for the financial year 2026–27 (up to 30-06-2027).

Submission method: Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents and full bidding details are downloadable from the e-Procurement portal and the PPRA website.

Key dates and times: Bids must be uploaded by 2026-09-14 before 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened/downloaded on 2026-09-14 at 11:30 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System; financial proposals will be opened after finalization of technical evaluation on the date fixed on the e-Procurement portal. Opening will be in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Police College Sihala.

Bid security: Bidders must submit bid security equal to 3% of the total bid value via Digital Bank's Mobile App/Corporate Payment Portal (Access 1Bill Invoice Option) and process PSID using the specified prefix on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. The successful bidder must also submit a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value as specified; performance guarantee will be refunded upon successful completion.

Other requirements: Each bid (technical & financial) shall comprise a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes. Quoted rates will be considered valid up to 30-06-2027. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bids in accordance with Rule-35 of the PPRA Rules 2014.
