Issuer: Section Officer (General), Higher Education Department, Punjab (Shahra-e-Quaid‑e‑Azam, New Anarkali, Lahore). The department invites e-bids on LOT basis from manufacturers, authorized dealers/sellers, firms/companies, sole proprietors or service providers registered with relevant Tax and Registration Authorities for supply of goods and provision of services as listed below. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities where applicable.
Submission method: All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Original physical bid security (instrument) must be delivered in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding name, document number and title to the Section Officer (General), Higher Education Department, Shahra‑e‑Quaid e Azam, New Anarkali, Lahore before the e-bid submission deadline.

- Original goods/parts must be supplied as per specifications. Supplies must be delivered to Higher Education Department, Lahore within 15 days from the date of Purchase Order unless otherwise agreed; failure may result in forfeiture of earnest money and blacklisting.
- Bidders are responsible for uploading complete Technical and Financial bids on the e-procurement portal in accordance with the Tender Document.
