Submit sealed bids in the prescribed format to the Manager Marketing, Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. Each sealed bid must include the specified bid security and the technical and financial proposal as per bidding documents. Bid processing fee and bid security must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited.
Deadlines and opening: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-09-15 by 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-15 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Procurement rules and conditions: Procurement will follow Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance without incurring liability. Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. Accepted contract amount will be subject to the stated annual increase (10%).
