Invitation to Register Bidders for Limited Purchase (LPQ/LPDD) — Medicines & Surgical Disposables, Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi. Purpose: Walk-in registration of bidders for Limited Purchase through Quotation (LPQ) or Limited Purchase on Day to Day basis (LPDD) for medicines, surgical disposable and laboratory items under Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab.

Registration documents can be obtained immediately from the hospital Purchase Office from 09-09-2026. Copies of required documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). All documents and original Performance Guarantee must be submitted at the time of interview.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Performance Guarantee: Rs. 35,000/- (refundable) in the name of Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi. No documents will be accepted without the Performance Guarantee.
• Documents must be submitted to the Purchase Office, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi on or before 2026-09-19 at 11:30 AM. Interviews will be held on the same day at 12:30 PM in the hospital conference room.
• Vendors must submit a company profile along with registration documents and nominate their representative (include CNIC & contact number).
• Vendors should note official holidays may affect the date; the next working day will be considered in case of a public holiday.
