Tender Notice No. 02/2026 — Supply of Drums, Sheets, HVAC Filters and Chemicals (Chashma, Mianwali)

A public sector organization (Head Procurement) invites sealed FOR tenders in local currency from reputed firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, proprietors and manufacturers duly registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own office with telephone number(s) for supply of the following stores. Tender documents are available from the issuing office during office hours on payment of the non-refundable tender fee (as specified below) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Head LAO.

Key instructions:

- Tenders must be received at least 30 minutes before the advertised opening time.

- Tender documents, specifications, quantities and terms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours on payment of the stated non-refundable tender fee.

- Payment for tender documents must be made via Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 5, Chashma, Distt: Mianwali.

- Tenders from blacklisted firms or firms with poor performance records against previous supplies will not be considered.
