Section Officer (General), Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids from registered firms/companies/sole proprietors, service providers, manufacturers, authorized dealers/sellers, and recognized contractors for the supply of goods and provision of services for various categories for Higher Education Department, Lahore. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax Authorities and NTN) and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules.
Important procurement conditions:
- Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Original bid security instrument (Call Deposit Receipt) at 5% of the estimated price must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with bidding document number and title, and delivered to the Section Officer (General), Higher Education Department, Shahra e Quaid e Azam, New Anarkali, Lahore before the e-bid submission deadline.
- Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded on e-procurement as per the Tender Document. Brand new and original goods/parts must be supplied as per specifications and delivery will be within 15 days of purchase order unless otherwise stated.
- Bid security (CDR) amounts shown below are 5% of the estimated budget for each lot and must accompany e-bids.
