Head (Procurement) invites sealed tenders on FOR basis in local currency from reputed firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, proprietors and manufacturers duly registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own office with telephone number(s) for supply of stores listed below. Tender documents, specifications, quantity, terms and conditions are available from the office of the undersigned during office hours on payment of non‑refundable tender fee (amounts below) by Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Head L&OD, P.O. Box No. 5, Chashma, Distt: Mianwali. Tenders must be received 30 minutes before the opening time. Blacklisted firms or those with poor past performance will not be issued tender documents or considered.

How to apply: Obtain tender documents on payment of the specified non‑refundable fee (Bank Draft / Pay Order) during office hours. Submit sealed tenders to the address below; tenders must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled opening time for each package.
