Pakistan Railways Tender: Up-gradation of 30 Unmanned Level Crossings (Lahore Division) – EPADS P119734

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore invites bids for the up-gradation of thirty (30) unmanned level crossings into manned level crossings on Shahdra Bagh – Sangla Hill and Faisalabad – Shorkot sections (Lahore Division) under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Experienced firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required categories and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible.

Submission and bidding instructions:

- Both Technical and Financial bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS version 2.0) at www.epads.gov.pk. Only bids submitted through EPADS will be entertained for evaluation.

- The original Bid Security (Bank Guarantee / CDR) in favor of FA & CAO, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore must be submitted physically to the office of the Deputy Chief Engineer/Track, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore before the tender opening. A photocopy of the Bid Security must be attached with the Technical Bid.

- One (01) sealed hard copy of the Technical Bid shall also be submitted in the tender box in the office of Dy.CEN/Track, Pakistan Railways, Lahore along with required documents by 10:30 AM on or before 2026-10-12. Bids uploaded on EPADS will be considered for evaluation. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-29 at 11:00 AM in Committee Room No.2, Headquarters Office Lahore. Prospective firms / joint ventures / companies are requested to attend.

- Interested firms may download bidding documents from the EPADS portal. Bidders are required to register with EPADS and PPRA to access tender documents and related information. Bids without original bid security will not be entertained.

- Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
