Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO). The CITO will lead IT and digital transformation initiatives, manage IT operations, vendor relations, and ensure alignment of IT strategy with corporate goals.

| Main Responsibilities | Develop IT strategy, policies and protocols; ensure compliance with IT strategy and processes; oversee contract negotiations with IT vendors, contractors and service providers; develop IT budgets and participate in corporate planning; manage IT personnel and all affairs of the IT department; coordinate with other departments to maximize IT service delivery; maintain relationships with key IT stakeholders (e.g., PTC); track and implement latest IT developments to improve FESCO performance; validate IT policies and standards. |
| Essential Qualifications | 16-years Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Computing / Data Analytics / Telecom / MIS / AI / Robotics / Cyber Security / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Science & IT / related field from HEC-recognized local/foreign university. OR MS / M.Sc. (18-years degree) in Computer Science / IT / AI / Robotics / related field. Relevant HEC-recognized local/foreign qualifications will be given preference. |
| Experience | Minimum experience: 15+ years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years relevant experience at a Senior Management role in Public or Private Sector. Experience in information systems including software, languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends; leading complex major changes and IT initiatives; managing geographically dispersed teams; proven vendor management and IT governance experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
| Remuneration & Tenure | Market-based competitive lump-sum salary package. Appointment initially for three (3) years with six (6) months probation. Contract may be extended subject to performance. Position is regularized under applicable rules after tenure subject to Government Rules. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age not to exceed fifty-seven (57) years as on closing date. |
