Military Engineer Services (Office of GE (AIR) SHAHBAZ) invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) for multiple facility provision works at a PAF Base. Interested contractors must apply for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials as required (see application requirements). Tender documents will be issued only to firms with proven experience in the relevant field and who satisfy special conditions for the job.
Key instructions and eligibility:
- Applications and supporting credentials must be submitted as specified (refer to Serial 9 in the original tender requirements). Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting experience and credential requirements.
- Contractors shall provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department in court and must provide the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) special report if outstanding.
- All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
- Contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D' with relevant experience may apply.
- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per PPRA rules.
