Tender: Procurement of XRF Spectrophotometer for Wheat Research Institute, AARI Faisalabad

Purpose: Procurement of laboratory equipment (XRF‑Spectrophotometer).

Key instructions:

• Eligible bidders must have valid NTN/STN and Punjab Sales Tax registration (where applicable) and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
• Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
• Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in favor of the Chief Scientist, Wheat Research Institute, AARI; the bid security shall be uploaded on the Punjab E‑Procurement System (E‑PRO).
• Bidding documents, technical specifications and terms & conditions are available for download from the Punjab E‑Procurement System (E‑PRO) and the PPRA Punjab website.
• Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Chief Scientist, Wheat Research Institute, AARI, Jhang Road, Faisalabad, on or before the closing date and time.
• Technical bids will be publicly opened through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (E‑PRO) on the specified opening date and time.
• The Agriculture Department reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance by invoking Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
