How to obtain brochure & apply: Official brochure and inquiry available from One Window Directorate CDA, designated branches of MCB, HBL, UBL, Askari Bank & Bank of Punjab from 2026-09-15, or download from CDA website (www.cda.gov.pk). Token issuance for bidders will be facilitated at least one day before the auction. Payments may be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.

Prime benefits & flexible terms:

• 1-year flexible payment plan with convenient instalments.
• Possession granted upon payment of 75% of total amount, subject to provision of valid bank guarantee from a scheduled local bank (possession corresponding to remaining amount and schedule).
• Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
• 5% rebate on total payment if settled within 30 days.
• 5% additional rebate available for full payment in USD.

Special facilitation for overseas investors: CDA will facilitate overseas investors by issuing tokens at least one day before the auction; payments acceptable via Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
