NFC Employees Cooperative Housing Society invites applications for the positions of Sub-Engineer (Civil) and Assistant Accountant. Sub-Engineer: DAE (Civil) or B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in housing societies or construction projects. Required skills: site supervision, BOQs, quantity estimation, quality control, contractor supervision; proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Assistant Accountant: B.Com (minimum) with minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in a housing society. Required skills: journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, financial statements, ability to prepare and interpret balance sheets; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
