PKLI&RC Invitation to Bid — Procurement of Gym Equipment (PRO-218-2026)

Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from registered vendors/firms for the procurement of gym equipment for PKLI&RC. Eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax authorities must submit bids as per PPRA rules and Punjab e-Procurement procedures.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Bids must be submitted online on or before 2026-08-28 at 10:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (hard copies are not required).

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated amount (to be submitted as prescribed on Punjab e-Procurement System).

- Bid validity: 180 days (as per PPRA Clause 28).

- The procuring agency will not be responsible for any technical or internet failure; bidders must ensure successful e-submission.

- Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- Interested eligible bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from PKLI website: https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Department, PKLI&RC during office hours (08:30 AM to 05:30 PM).
