Horticulture Agency Lahore (HAL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible, reputable and financially sound advertising companies/firms, including national and multinational companies, for participation in the auction of advertisement rights for advanced digital advertising media on pedestrian bridges and Metro Bus pillars in Lahore.

Submission Instructions & General Terms
- Submit EOI in a sealed envelope, clearly marked: "EOI for Advertisement Rights – Pedestrian Bridges & Metro Bus Pillars, Lahore".
- Address EOIs to the undersigned at Director Marketing, Horticulture Agency, Lahore.
- Submission of an EOI does not guarantee qualification or participation in the subsequent auction. HAL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning reasons and to amend or cancel the process at any time.
- Shortlisted parties will be notified separately regarding the detailed auction process, terms and schedule. No claim for costs incurred in preparation/submission of an EOI will be entertained.
