Privatisation Commission (Government of Pakistan) has extended the deadline for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) for private sector participation/privatisation of Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO). The exercise covers acquisition of 51% to 100% share capital together with management control in each of FESCO, GEPCO and IESCO.
The deadline for IESCO EOI submission is provided below. The Privatisation Commission (GoP/PC) may change the deadline at its sole discretion; all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
