The General Secretary of Nishman Iqbal Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Khayaban-e-Jinnah, Lahore, gives public notice that House No. A-334/438 (approx. 10 marla), Membership No. 28531, formerly owned by Salima Akhtar (wife of Asghar Ali), is subject to a transfer application following her death on 2024-12-11. A court decree dated 2026-03-31 has been obtained in relation to the matter.
Anyone having a lawful objection is required to submit a written objection within 15 days to the General Secretary at the society office, Khayaban-e-Jinnah, Lahore. For enquiries contact the society at 042-35954672-73.
