Tender: Procurement of IT Equipment & Multimedia Production Equipment — Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Punjab

Purpose: Invitation for sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) for procurement of IT equipment and multimedia production equipment. Joint ventures/consortiums are allowed. Bid validity: 120 days.

Key conditions:

• Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (eP) by the stated deadline and will be opened on the same day (in the presence of bidders who choose to attend).
• Bid security must be uploaded on Punjab E‑Procurement System and included with the Technical Bid as per bidding documents.
• Incomplete, conditional bids and bids without required bid security will be rejected.
• Single stage two envelope procedure will be adopted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids per applicable PPRA rules.
