BISP Request for Bids: Procurement of Misc. Items, Electrical Items, Stationery & Toners (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), F-Block, Pakistan Secretariat, Islamabad. Purpose: Procurement of miscellaneous items (stores & spares), electrical items, stationery items and toners for FY 2026-27 (Ref: P50354).

Procurement method: Single Stage–One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit sealed bids and provide bid security as specified. Electronic bidding documents, tender details, and submission are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Key submission dates and process:

- E-bids must be prepared and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-09-10 11:00 AM Pakistan time.
- E-bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 on 2026-09-10 at 11:30 AM Pakistan time.
- Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. Bidders not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register at the EPADS portal.
