UET Lahore Tender: Supply of Student Chairs & Computer Tables/Chairs

University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore — Building & Works Department invites tenders on a single-stage two-envelope basis through the PPRA Punjab e‑Procurement System for supply of furniture for UET Main and sub campuses.

Key instructions and actionable details:

- Interested manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, sales agents or distributors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e‑procurement website (http://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents and full details are available for download from the e‑procurement site.

- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted via the e‑procurement system by 2016-09-21 before 09:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM in the Committee Hall adjacent to the Vice-Chancellor Office, UET Lahore Main Campus. Bidders may attend.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (as specified in bidding documents) must accompany bids in accordance with PPRA e‑procurement requirements. Selected firm must submit a 10% performance guarantee.

- Conditional or ambiguous tenders will not be accepted. False information may lead to blacklisting by procurement agencies. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules 2014 (amended & updated).
