BISP Request for Bids — Procurement of Stationery, Electrical Items, Toners & Miscellaneous (EPADS)

Issuer: Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), F-Block, Pakistan Secretariat, BISP HQ, Islamabad Capital Territory. Procurement Reference: P50354. Procurement for FY 2026-27 for miscellaneous items (stores & spares), electrical items, stationery items and toners.

Submission method: Electronic bids (e-bids) must be prepared and submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Manual submission will not be entertained.

Deadline: e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, 2026-09-10 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day (2026-09-10) at 11:30 AM.

Bid security: Each lot must be accompanied by the specified bid security as listed below. Acceptable forms: Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
