Eligible manufacturers or authorized suppliers/resellers registered with relevant tax and registration authorities may apply.

- Procurement method: Shopping using ADB Procurement Guidelines.

- RFQ documents available from the office of Deputy Director (Procurement & Contracts), PIU-IWRPP, 157-M, Gulberg III, Lahore. Documents available until 2026-09-08 up to 10:30 AM against payment of PKR 1,000.

- Pre-proposal (pre-bid) meeting: 2026-08-27 at 10:00 AM at PIU-IWRPP office.

- Quotations will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on 2026-09-08 at 11:05 AM in the PIU-IWRPP meeting room.

- Eligibility: manufacturers or authorized suppliers/resellers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax) and capable of supplying the required equipment.

- Bidders must submit firm and final prices in the prescribed format. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable rules. Non-complying or non-responsive proposals may be rejected.
