Punjab MassTransit Authority Public Auction — Registration on E-LET for Used Batteries

Issuer: Punjab MassTransit Authority (PMA). PMA invites individuals, firms and companies to register on the E-LET digital auction portal (elet-pma.punjab.gov.pk) for participation in an online public auction for disposal/lease of used batteries.

Key auction particulars, eligibility and fees:

- Registration on E-LET is mandatory. One-time, non-refundable registration fee: PKR 5,000 payable for E-LET registration.

- Refundable bid security: PKR 70,000 to be submitted through the E-LET digital platform as part of the bidding process.

- Bids must be submitted online via E-LET. If the advertised closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date at the same time. PMA reserves the right to cancel the auction process at any time before acceptance of a bid.

Inspection and contact details:

- Interested individuals/firms/organizations may inspect the used batteries from 24 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the designated location. For inspection arrangements and further information contact Zohaib Ahmed at 0333-4487974.
