Auction Terms: Highest bidder will be declared successful. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the reserve price immediately through pay order/cheque in the name of the court at the spot. The remaining bid amount must be deposited in the court within 15 days. If the remaining amount is not deposited within 15 days, the 25% deposit shall be deemed forfeited in favour of the State. The Court Auctioneer reserves the right to accept, reject, or postpone the auction without assigning any reason. Confirmation of the auction is subject to approval by the learned Court. Other conditions, if any, will be explained on site.
