M.E.S. (DW&CE PAF Chaklala) Tender for Provision of Facilities at PAF Bases — Tender No. DW&CE/6503 (17 Aug 2026)

Office of the Deputy Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), PAF Chaklala invites sealed tenders under PPRA 13(1) of 2004 for provision of facilities at PAF bases. Tender notice No. DW&CE/6503 - Advt-Ibd/02/E-6 dated 17 Aug 2026.

Eligibility and requirements:

- Firms must submit details of past works including work orders, locations and photographs, and satisfactory completion certificates from users. Eligible firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works/services and be registered with PEC in the relevant field.

- Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ) is outstanding against them.

- Firms must furnish list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years.

- Only firms meeting the following will apply: enlisted with PEC in category C-5 & above in the relevant field with validity at least up to June 2027. Enlistment with MES in Cat A is preferred; in case of non-enlisted firms a 2% bid security (refundable) is noted. No outstanding DI&E recoveries or special DI&E reports.
