Tender: Supply of Imported Offset Paper, Box Board, Art Card & Kraft Card – Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Cabinet Division)

Issuer: Printing Corporation of Pakistan (a Government-owned Corporation under the Cabinet Division), Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad. Invitation to bids for supply of imported paper and related items. Tender notice no. PCP-1-22/2026-P&D.

Scope: Procurement of the following imported items as per specifications, packing, quantities and stores/places of delivery contained in the tender/bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically on ePADS 2.0 and a hard copy must also reach the undersigned by the specified deadline.

Key submission and bid conditions:

• Bids must be uploaded on ePADS 2.0 and hard copy of bids must also reach the undersigned before 2026-09-28 at 2:00 p.m.
• Hard copy of bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order / Banker’s Cheque / Demand Draft as mentioned in the tender documents.
• Each bid must be accompanied with Earnest Money / Security Money as per tender requirements; bids without earnest money/security will be rejected.
• At least two (02) full-size sample sheets of each offered paper/card must be submitted along with item-wise bid security as per ePADS instructions.
• Bids will be opened on the same day (2026-09-28) at 2:30 p.m.
• Bid validity: 90 days.
• Suppliers may bid for one or more items according to their choice and capacity. Quantities may be increased or decreased by the procuring agency.
• Procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
