Bankers Avenue Cooperative Housing Society Limited (BACHS), Lahore invites sealed proposals from interested parties to construct, set up and operate a school on a 16-kanal plot on a long‑term lease basis to serve residents and the surrounding community.

Key requirements & conditions

• Submit a brief profile of the interested party/firm/proprietor including relevant experience.
• Bidder must be engaged in the concerned business for at least 10 years; submit valid proof of experience.
• Attach a detailed blueprint/site plan and a summary of the building to be constructed, plus proposed curriculum/offerings.
• Provide registration / permission from relevant government authorities for establishment and operation of the school.
• Proposals may be for a franchise of a recognized chain or a standalone private school.
• Valid proof of Sales Tax registration and NTN must be provided.
• Submit bank statements for the last six months to demonstrate financial strength.
• Include an affidavit confirming the bidder is not a defaulter of any government, public or private organization.
• BACHS Managing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning a reason.
