Purpose: Invitation to bids for supply of imported paper and board items for Printing Corporation of Pakistan. Eligible bidders include manufacturers and General Order Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) active taxpayers list.

Key submission and bid conditions:

• Online submission: Complete bids/offers must be uploaded on ePADS 2.0.
• Deadline: Upload and hard-copy submission on or before 2026-09-28 at 14:00. Hard copies must also reach the undersigned by the same date and time.
• Bid opening: Bids/offers will be opened on the same day at 14:30.
• Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money / Security Money as per item/offer. Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque / Pay Order to be submitted as per tender instructions. Bids without proper security will be disqualified.
• Samples: At least two (02) full-size sample sheets of each offered paper/card must be submitted along with item-wise Bid Security and uploaded on ePADS 2.0.
• Eligibility: Bidders must be registered manufacturers or General Order Suppliers with relevant tax registration and be on FBR active taxpayers list.
• Validity: Bid validity period shall be 90 days.
• Authority reserves right: The procuring agency may increase/decrease quantities or cancel/reject tenders in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
