IESCO Request for Bids — Reconstruction of Fallen/Tilted Boundary & RCC Retaining Wall (NCB-256)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) — IESCO Project Management Unit (IESCO-PMU). Procurement Year: FY 2026-27.

IESCO-PMU invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of civil works under National Competitive Bidding (NCB). The package and scope are summarized below. Bidders must follow the Public Procurement Rules and submit bids electronically via the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement portal.

- Bidding Procedure: Single-stage, one-envelope; Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique to be used where applicable. Bids must comply with Public Procurement Rules (2004) and relevant regulations.
