TEPA LDA Tender: Construction of Janazgah at UC-Jahman, NA-123, Lahore (Estimated Rs.49,065,773)

Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites e-bids through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (EP) for the construction of a Janazgah at UC‑Jahman (NA‑123), Lahore (Group‑II).

How to apply / submit bids: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (EP). Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System (EP) and registered with FBR & PRA with active tax filer status (NTN and PNTN). Technical bids will be opened on the EP system at the specified opening time.

Bid security: All security in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR must be valid for the bid validity period + 20 days for an amount equal to 5% of the estimated cost and submitted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System before bid closing. Bids without proper e‑submission or required securities will be rejected.

Notes & conditions: Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules and PPRA regulations. Single stage two‑envelope bidding procedure will be adopted as per Punjab e‑Procurement rules. Late, conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
