Public Notice: Mutation of Leasehold Rights for Heirs of Late Muhammad Javed — Plot No.80, Cavalry Ground (Walton Cantt), Lahore

Issuer: Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle.

Purpose: Notice inviting objections (if any) to the proposed mutation of leasehold rights in favour of the declared legal heirs of the deceased Mr. Muhammad Javed S/O Khuda Bakhsh (died 09-12-2020). The deceased was recorded as co-lessee holding a 1/3rd share in the property described below. Anyone having objections must submit them to the issuing office within 15 days of publication; otherwise the mutation will be effected in favour of the listed heirs and no claims will be entertained thereafter.
