Key submission and bid conditions:

- Sealed bids (technical and financial) along with required samples must reach the Ordnance Branch, Headquarters Frontier Corps KP (South), Dera Ismail Khan before 10:00 AM on 2026-09-22.

- Technical and financial bids should be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL".

- Technical/financial bids will be opened in the presence of bidders on 2026-09-22 according to PPRA Rules 2004.

- Headquarters Frontier Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.

- Firms/contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Only non-blacklisted firms from Government/Semi-Government organizations will be considered.

- Samples will be tested by a recognized laboratory; testing charges will be borne by the firms. No technical/financial bid will be accepted after the due date and time.

- Interested manufacturers or their authorized representatives should participate with an authority letter and submit required documents (including samples, CNIC, affidavit, last six months bank statement as indicated in tender documents).
