Book Closure / Record Dates: The Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 19, 2026 to September 26, 2026 (both days inclusive). Physical transfers received by the Company at the close of business on September 18, 2026 will be treated as being in time for the purpose of attending and voting at the meeting.
Attendance & Proxies: Members entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy. Proxy forms and requirements (including CNIC/Passport copies and corporate authority where applicable) must be submitted in accordance with the Company’s instructions and CDC/SECP regulations.
