Bidding & submission details:
- Tenders will close at 1430 hours and be opened in public at 1500 hours on the dates mentioned against each tender at Gas House, 1st Floor, 21‑Kashmir Road, Lahore (unless a specific closing/opening time is shown against a tender).
- Tender documents may be purchased up to one day before the opening date from 1100 to 1230 hours on any working day for international tenders. Local tenders are available via PPRA's e‑procurement system (EPADS).
- Local bidders must submit Sales Tax registration, Income Tax and latest Professional Tax certificates with request for purchase of tender documents.
- Tender fee (international tenders): Rs. 2,500 (non‑refundable) by Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of SNGPL.
- Bid Security: 2% of estimated value (excluding GST) as specified in tender documents.
- For local tenders: bids must be submitted on EPADS and an original/duplicate hard copy (along with original bid bond) must be submitted on or before the tender closing time/date.
