Purpose: Public notice of legal heirs and intended mutation of leasehold rights for a deceased lessee's plot. Objections, if any, must be submitted to the undersigned within 15 days from publication; otherwise mutation will be processed in favour of the named legal heirs and no claims will be entertained thereafter.
