Issuer: Directorate of Property & Land, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Empress Road, Lahore.
Purpose: Lease of 17 Pakistan Railways sites for commercial development (commercial plaza/market, mixed-use commercial, IT park, hospital/health care unit, showrooms, food and retail outlets, etc.). Lease term: 21 years (extendable for further 21 years). Annual increase in rent: 8% (compound). Mobilization period: 02 years from date of possession.
Submission: Sealed bids (single stage, two-envelope) — submit on or before 14:00 Hours; bid opening at 14:30 Hours on 22.09.2026. Successful bidder to pay one-time non‑refundable advance equal to the first year annual rent within 30 days of issuance of Letter of Intent (LOI).
Bidding documents: Available from the Directorate of Property & Land, Pakistan Railways HQ Lahore by depositing Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable) for each site. Bid security and other bid requirements as specified in the bidding documents.
