Pakistan Air Force — Open Tender Notices for Procurement, Repair and Overhauling of Medical, Aircraft and Hardware Items

Pakistan Air Force is publishing open tender notices for the supply, local purchase, repair and overhauling of a wide range of medical, aircraft and hardware items for various PAF bases (c/o PAF Base Nur Khan Rawalpindi) and units including PAF Base Faisal, Masroor (Karachi), Mushaf (Sargodha), Murid (Chakwal), Shahbaz and PAF Hospital Islamabad. Items and works listed include (but are not limited to) nephroscope, CPAP (paediatric), Holter monitors, ICU ventilators, color Doppler ultrasound machines, laparoscopic sets and towers, endoscopic equipment, cryostat, patient monitors, transport incubators, transport of AVGAS 100LL, tyres for aircraft, local repair of auto chemistry analyzers, anesthesia workstations, various PCBs and electronic assemblies, and many rehabilitation, physiotherapy and specialist hospital devices. Several PP numbers and line items are cited (for example 37180/P-43, 471457/P-47, 424632/P-42, 448477/P-4, 467325/P-46) with staggered closing/opening dates shown in the advertisement.

Interested suppliers and firms (GST-registered) must submit sealed tenders; separate technical and financial quotations are required for each line item. Offers must have 120 days validity and include specified warranty periods. A treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 is required (Main Head XLVI Main Head XII Sub Head A). Un-registered/un-indexed firms must provide minimum six months bank statements, proof of go-down/stock, OEM agency agreement and photocopy of owner NIC for FOR tenders. An NDA on judicial stamp paper of Rs.100 is required prior to issuance of tender documents.
