CDA Public Notice: Revised Layout Plans — Possible Resize/Double/Delete of Plots in Multiple Sectors; Stakeholders to Submit Objections

Issuer: Deputy Director, Land & Estate, Capital Development Authority (CDA). PID (I) 2705/26.

Purpose: To notify stakeholders that revised layout plans for several sectors are under consideration which may result in plot resizing, doubling or deletion.

Affected sectors: C-14, C-15, C-16, D-13, E-12, E-13, I-11, I-12, I-14, I-15.

Action required: Relevant owners, applicants and stakeholders may submit written objections/comments. Objections will be processed with NADRA e-balloting/verification as part of the procedure. Objections must be submitted to the Land & Estate Directorate, CDA within 15 days of this notice.
