Nishtar Medical University, Multan — Public e‑Auction for Canteen/Cafeteria Lots (27 Nov 2026)

Issued by Vice Chancellor, Nishtar Medical University, Multan. Nishtar Medical University invites eligible individuals, firms or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in e‑auction for canteen/cafeteria/tuck‑shop premises for a one‑year period for FY 2026‑27. Registration and participation will be processed through the Punjab e‑Auction portal and the university website.

Important instructions:

- View/download auction terms & document from the e‑Auction portal (https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk/login) and the university website (https://nmu.edu.pk) immediately after publication.

- Interested eligible applicants must register on the e‑Auction portal per eligibility criteria in the auction document. Hard copies of applications are not required; the process is electronic.

- Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable in the name of the Vice Chancellor, Nishtar Medical University, Multan. A soft copy of the CDR/DD/PO/Banker's Cheque must be uploaded on the e‑Auction portal and the original submitted to the Purchase Section, Nishtar Medical University, Multan within ten days of the announcement of evaluation results.

- Auction starts from the advertised reserve price. Minimum increment rules and automatic extensions apply (additional 5 minutes if a bid is received during the last minute; auction concludes at midnight if extended competition continues).

- Grievance submission and redressal schedule applies as per auction timetable; consult the auction document for full terms, eligibility criteria, and detailed procedure.
