Independent System & Market Operator (ISMO) invites applications for the post of Manager (Security) on a contract basis. ISMO is seeking a dynamic, qualified and experienced security professional to support reliable, secure and efficient operation of Pakistan’s power system and electricity market.

| Minimum Qualification | Four (04) years Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business/Public Administration, Security Management, Social Sciences or related field from an HEC-recognized university |
| Required Experience | Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience — preferably in security/administration, intelligence, operations, leading security teams, managing sensitive facilities, developing security SOPs, conducting risk assessments, emergency drills, incident management, and coordination with Government, law-enforcement and civil administration authorities |
| Desirable | Training/certification in Security, Crisis Management, Fire & Safety, Disaster Management, or Business Continuity; experience with security for critical infrastructure is an advantage |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 40 years |
